Enfold Properties, LLC was formed by Bill Bollwerk in 2011 to pursue redevelopment opportunities of underutilized buildings and properties in the Southeast.

Its mission is to be a good steward of the built environment, provide residents a great place to live, and give exceptional risk adjusted returns to investors. Since inception, Enfold has developed, with various partners, Collier Lofts (184 units), Ardmore & 28th (165 units), 841 Memorial (80 units), Smith & Porter (116 units), and is under construction on 770 Glenwood, an 80 unit residential project in the Grant Park historic neighborhood of Atlanta.

Prior to forming Enfold Properties, Bill was the Managing Director in Atlanta with Alliance Residential (2005-2010) and previously the Director of Development with Wood Partners in Georgia and Arizona (1998-2005). During his twenty year multi-family career he has developed a portfolio valued at more than $600 million, consisting of 4,902 condo and apartment units, and 40,500 square feet of retail, in Atlanta, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Jacksonville, FL.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1991, served in the Navy as a division officer onboard USS Leyte Gulf (CG-55), and graduated from Emory's Goizueta School of Business (Evening Program), where he received a Master's in Business Administration in 2006.
